low fodmap
recipes and resources for those who are just starting out on the daunting task of the low-fodmap diet (bc the added stress of trying to figure out what you can and can't eat definitely doesn't make the GI issues worse, right?)
here's some of my fav low fodmap products
- a gluten free, dairy free coffee cake mix. y'all it's so fucking good. easily obtainable at walmart.
- FODY salsa verde. yes it's expensive but there are coupons and discounts floating around at any given time. it can be found cheaper from thrive market
finding ingredients to replace your favourite tastes can be really hard. when i had to give up garlic and onion and about four different seasoning mixes that i loved, i finally found the answer. a) green onion; and b) garlic infused olive oil
